Important Notes:
- Cancellation is not guaranteed.
- Our team will review the request and approve it only if the order has not been processed, packed, or shipped.
- You will receive an email confirmation if the cancellation is approved.
Refund Policy (Store Credits Only)
At Zovinos, refunds are issued only in the form of Store Credits.
Store Credit Terms
- Valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Issued directly to your Zovinos account or registered email.
- Can be used for any future purchase on zovinos.in.
- Non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.
- Expired store credits cannot be extended or reinstated.
When Store Credits Are Provided
You may receive store credits when:
- You receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
- Your cancellation request is approved before order processing.
- Any exceptional case deemed valid by the Zovinos support team.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The request must be made within 2 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Approval is subject to a quality check once the product is received.
If your return is approved, store credits will be issued within 3–5 business days.
